Step 1: Schedule an Appointment

Whether you’ve found us or our canvassers have found you, requesting an appointment always comes first. Our scheduling coordinator will call you to confirm all the details and date of your appointment.

Step 2: Product Demonstration

Next, one of our sales representatives will come to your home and go through a demonstration about all of our products. At the end of the product demonstration, we’ll also give you a final price quote for service.

Step 3: Sign Your Contract

If you’ve decided to use our products, we then move on to signing your contract. We’ll also collect a 30% down payment, or fill out a financial application and get bank paperwork signed and collected, if needed.

Step 4: Measurements & Delivery

After your contract is signed, we’ll collect final measurements and order all the materials needed. We’ll call with a delivery date you can expect your materials to delivered to your home.

Step 5: Installation Day

Once the materials are delievered to your home, our crew will see you shortly! We’ll be there within 7 days of the materials being dropped off to start on the installation of your new roof!

Step 6: Good as New

At the end of installation, we’ll collect the final payment or you will sign the completion form from the bank. Then, keep an eye on your mailbox, as we’ll send you your warranty information.
