By far one of the best customer service I have ever delt with, they are very true to their... word (as a veteran that means everything to me). Eamon... and Zachary were both generous with their time as they explained Perfect Steel Solutions and helped us consider our options. Eamon followed up with answers to all of our questions and to check on our satisfaction each step of the way. Norman and his roof installation crew were here within a month. We were told they would have the roof installed within two days. It ended up taking them just one day, and they were here on a very cold, snowy day. We were beyond impressed! The person who knocked on my door Alice was very polite and helpful. The sales rep was very... helpful he did everything he could do to help us out. He wasn’t pushy at all the made sure that I was well informed and knew everything that was going to happen so there wouldn’t be any surprises. Our sales rep from Perfect Steel provided thorough and easy-to-understand tutorials on... roofing, its history, and warranties and how Perfect Steel Solutions sets itself apart from their competition. The real clincher for us was not just the lifetime warranty - because we don’t know how long we plan to be in our house - but the transferrable warranty to new homeowners! This automatically increases the value of our house and definitely makes it worth the extra price over shingles, which have to be replaced relatively often. Now, the longer we choose to stay in our house, the more value our new roof adds!The three workers came to our house early in the morning and were finished by noon. They were very courteous, efficient, and thorough. We’ve already seen a drop in our electric bill this summer because of the added insulation and improved ventilation in our attic! I am very happy with the metal roof I had installed. Eamon and Zach we're extremely helpful... and friendly through the entire process. I was unsure about doing a new roof. They gave me tons of information and it made sense for me to update the roof. The warranty is the best out there. I won't have to do my roof again and will be protected by the weather conditions this metal roof has to offer. I have had multiple people stop by and ask about it. The metal they use is different from other roofs I have seen. It looks clean and high quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!read more

Perfect Steel Solutions installed my new windows . From the first visit to the day of... installation, they explained every little detail of what was to be done . They were very efficient, polite, courteous, friendly. They were here on time as promised . The two men thet installed my windows had a routine. It took them about six hours to install seven windows . The windows look great , no drafts al all and easy to clean . I love it that I can call them anytime if I have any questions about my windows. We had Noah come to do our free quote. He went over the information with us very thoroughly.... My husband and I agreed to getting a metal roof and new windows, financing through them was very easy. The day the roof was put on they were professional and cleaned up everything, took less than 5 hours. The windows was installed within 6 weeks, got all 10 installed just as it start to snow heavily. The entire process was well explained down to the very last important detail with no question... left unanswered. Very professional and catered well to our home needs. Roof installation was done in a timely manner with no mess or any stray materials left behind! We also had a new window installed and the care & quality for that installation was done just as well as the roof itself! We’ve already noticed a difference in the temperature in the house. A heavy rainfall took place recently and contrary to some people’s speculations, it was actually very quiet when it fell on the roof. Overall a job well done from start to finish!read more

Perfect Steel Solutions (PSS) did an awesome job on our house from start to finish. Noah came... and talked to my wife and I after work for two hours without all of the sales drama. That night we decided to move forward with the contract. The workers came and were professional the entire time. Noah was always available to answer any questions we had about the roof. After the roof was finished Noah came up for a follow up appointment to make sure we were satisfied. Did I mention he did it on his day off? My husband and i had considered doing new windows in our home in the past but never thought... too seriously about it. We were settling in for the evening and got a knock on our front door. It was a gentleman letting us know that a roofing and window company (perfect steel solutions) was new to the area. He offered us to schedule a free quote. We scheduled that because we were curious about information on new windows. They scheduled the appointment for a few days out. We had our free estimate and gathered a ton of helpful information. We decided to go through with the windows. The lady and gentleman that came to do the quote answered any questions we had and showed and shared a TON of information on their product. We ordered the windows at the appointment and only waited a few weeks for them to get installed. Once installation day came, everything went very smoothly. All of the workers were nice and professional and got the old windows out and the new windows in in a timely manner. They got all of them (13) in and out within a day and just had to come back the next day for a couple finishing touches. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows! I posted a couple of before and after pictures, enjoy!read more

When I first thought about replacing my roof I was debating whether to go with asphalt or... metal. A rep from one company came out and gave me an estimate on an asphalt roof. I thought it was very high considering I had replaced a roof on a home I owned previously. When Perfect Steel came out they explained the advantages of a metal roof. It made sense. And surprisingly, the difference in cost was minimal. The roof has a lifetime guarantee, unlike asphalt roofs. The installers were here early in the morning of the install and worked all day, finishing the whole job in one day. They even did my shed with left over materials at no extra charge. The roof looks great and I am definitely happy with the job. I would highly recommend Perfect Steel Solutions.read more
